Order-By Dates

The dates below are the last safe day to order for each occasion. They already account for engraving, which is cut during production rather than added at the end, so an engraved piece takes longer to reach you than a plain one.

Every product page shows its own estimated delivery date before you pay. That date is calculated from the piece you are actually looking at, so it beats any table for accuracy. Use this page for planning, and the product page for deciding.

How we work these out

We take the longest production time across our made-to-order pieces, add standard delivery, then add roughly a week of slack. The slack is deliberate. Carrier networks slow down in the weeks before every one of these dates, and a gift that arrives on the wrong side of the occasion has failed regardless of whose fault it was.

Pieces held in Australian stock ship the next business day and can usually be ordered much later than the dates above. Their product pages will tell you so.

If you have missed the date

Email carollok3025@gmail.com with the occasion and the piece you want, and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it. We would rather say no than take the order and disappoint you.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and weather move them, and neither is within our control.
