How long it takes
Every product page shows an estimated delivery date before you pay, not after. That date comes from which of three groups the piece falls into.
Ships next business day. Held in Australian stock. Dispatched the next business day after your order.
In stock. Ready to send, not made to order.
Made to order. Produced to your chosen finish and length, and engraved if you asked for it, before it ships. Engraving is cut during production, which is why these take longer.
Dates shown are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and the weeks before Christmas all move them. If a delivery estimate matters to you, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link when your parcel is dispatched. If the tracking link has not arrived within a few business days of your order, email us — do not wait.
Getting the address right
We send parcels to the address you enter at checkout, so please check it. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will resend it once postage has been paid again.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is late, damaged, or shows as delivered and is not there, email carollok3025@gmail.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier. You do not need to chase them yourself.
New Zealand orders
Prices are charged in Australian dollars. New Zealand orders may attract GST or duties on arrival, which are set by New Zealand customs and are the recipient's responsibility.
Gift orders
If you are sending a piece straight to the recipient, no price appears anywhere in the parcel. Your message is printed on the cotton card inside the Valor Tin.
