The Vance & Valor name, logo and branding, together with the design, layout, text, photography, illustrations and the “Design Your Signet” 3D configurator on this website, are our intellectual property or are used by us under licence, and are protected by copyright and other laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, adapt, decompile or reverse-engineer any part of this website, its code or the configurator, in whole or in part, for any commercial purpose, without our prior written permission. You may view our pages and share links to them for personal, non-commercial use.
Product previews, colour and finish
The on-screen preview, the 3D ring builder and the engraving proof are representations to help you visualise your piece. They are not photographs of the finished item. Metal tone, engraving depth and colour can appear differently from one screen or device to another, and a handmade, engraved piece will always carry small natural variations. These variations are a feature of a made-to-order object, not a fault.
Personalised and engraved items
Engraved and made-to-order pieces are produced to the specification you confirm at checkout. You are responsible for checking the spelling, characters, size, artwork and layout you submit; we make exactly what you approve. Because these items are made to your specification, they are not returnable for change of mind. Nothing in this paragraph affects your rights where an item is faulty or not as described — see Liability below.
Artwork you upload
When you upload artwork you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline to engrave artwork that is offensive, unlawful, or that we believe infringes a third party’s rights, and will contact you if so.
Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its information is complete or current at all times. We may change products, prices, content and this disclaimer at any time without notice.

Where this website links to other sites, those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
