    • 14-day returns. Unworn, in its original packaging, postage at your cost.
    • Covers tarnishing, fading and clasp failure in normal wear.

    Engraved pieces, earrings and sale items cannot be returned for change of mind. Faults are always covered.

    Care
    • Wipe it down. Warm water, a drop of soap, dry with a soft cloth. That is most of it.
    • Take it off for the pool, the ocean and the gym. Chlorine, salt and sweat are what dull a finish.
    • Aftershave, sunscreen and hair product go on first, jewellery after.
    • Store it in the tin, dry and away from other pieces so nothing scratches.

    A gold finish is plated, so it wears at the points that rub - a clasp, the underside of a ring - over years of daily wear. That is the finish doing its job, not a fault. Full care instructions.

    Made to order

    Your piece is produced to your finish and length in 316L steel — not pulled from a shelf. Engraving is cut at this stage, which is why engraved pieces take a little longer.

    Checked by hand

    Every piece is inspected against the Valor Promise before it is approved to ship — clasp, coating, weight, and the engraving proofed character by character against your order.

    Packed as a gift

    Set into the Valor Tin, your message printed on the cotton card, sealed and dispatched. If you asked us to send it straight to him, no price appears anywhere in the parcel.
